Camp Invention is excited to welcome student applications for the 2026 Leadership Intern program. This opportunity is ideal for high school and college students who enjoy working with children, developing leadership skills, and participating in a dynamic STEM environment.
Leadership Interns support campers and staff by assisting with activities, encouraging teamwork, modeling positive leadership, and helping maintain an engaging, high-energy camp experience. Students and families can learn more about the Leadership Intern program on the Camp Invention website.

Leaders-in-Training spots for grades 7-9
Leaders-in-Training Price: $230*
Campers attend from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Leadership Interns arrive slightly earlier to assist with daily preparation and dismissal:
First Day: 7:15 a.m. arrival (recyclable check-in & drop-off support)
Remaining Days: 7:30 a.m. arrival
Most Days End: Approximately 4:30 p.m.
Final Day Ends: Approximately 5:00 p.m. (pack-up & cleanup)
Leadership Interns receive scheduled breaks and a lunch period each day.

Up to 40 volunteer/service hours
Specialized training in leadership and intellectual property
A letter of recognition from the United States Patent and Trademark Office
Leadership Intern placements are determined through an application process. Submission of an application indicates interest but does not guarantee placement due to limited availability.
